Business Development Manager Job Duties:
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements for promoting business opportunities that will maximize revenue for the entire organization
Analyses, plans proposes innovative strategies of acquisition of contracts with various country mission.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Assist in managing and retention of existing relations with missions.
Should have min. 5 yrs experience in hospitality industry(hotels,travel,tourism etc) or governement sector in UAE.
