Field Coordinator (Beirut) Job Vacancy in Lebanon

Position Purpose

The purpose of the job is to coordinate field visits to the Patient Access Programs and assist the Program team in managing drug access program(s) in Lebanon. The jobholder is required to help represent Axios by liaising and meeting with all program stakeholders and carry out administrative duties, this job require 90% and above field work all over Lebanon and required some document preparation and admin work in the office

Duties and Responsibilities

â˘Liaise with Program stakeholders
â˘Program administration work related to documentation and any other required admin support to the program team
â˘Ensure that patient reimbursement files are complete and ready to be submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with the project processes, workflow and timeline.
â˘Carry out Pharmacy and private sector visits for project flow in collaboration with Axios staff in âreal timeâ as patients proceed through the Program(s).
â˘Maintain and update electronic program files, including patient and quality assurance data.
â˘Conduct administrative duties for the office.
â˘Additional duties as required.


Relationships

â˘Work closely with program team in Lebanon
â˘Reporting to the Program Manager in the Lebanon
â˘Maintain ongoing and frequent communication with Axios staff including regional global staff

Educational Background and Experience

â˘Holder of a bachelor Degree or Diploma is required
â˘Good command of both spoken and written Arabic and English
â˘2 yearsâ professional experience in an administration role.
â˘Experience coordinating and handling logistics/supply chain is a plus
â˘Experience in customer service management
â˘In lieu of working experience, a demonstrated passion for philanthropy through volunteer involvement is also a plus
