- Develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts and strategies to promote retail brands, products and services in-store, in catalogues or online.
- Designs and collaborate closely with other units to create visual strategies and promotional events in order to entertain, excite and maintain the interest of the target markets.
- Leads and motivates team to complete displays on a timely manner
- Maintains a budget and negotiate with suppliers of visual material
- With at least 4-6 years experience as a Manager in the related field
- With experience in Pharmaceutical industry
