The Sales Operations Specialist supports the Integrated Solutions sales team , this will involve supporting the Emerging Account and Strategic Sales Leaders in their day to day activities; including database support, meeting coordination and set-up, document review and finalization. You will act as the go-to Salesforce guru for these teams, helping the team to understand the data in front of them, how to use the tools provided most efficiently and data management of Salesforce records.
Assist team with Salesforce entries and reporting
Assist team members as directed, may include database support and updates, finalization, printing, dispatch, distribution and filing of documents and correspondence
Assist teams with scheduling and set up of meetings and agendas
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant Stegram systems, services, policies and procedures
Coordinate account workshops with client Issue customer satisfaction surveys
Bid Pursuit Support
Supports development of bid pursuit presentation templates
Helps to coordinate across stakeholders in the bid pursuit process
Secures rooms and resources for any meetings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Accurate, thorough and detail-oriented, with good organizational skills
Ability to take ownership of assigned duties, manage multiple tasks,flexible working hours
The ability to build and maintain relationships
Exceptional organizational, communication (both written & oral) interpersonal and presentation skills required with the ability to interface at multiple organizational levels as well as access and influence various functional areas
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the capacity to engage in highly complex analysis requiring solid interpretation skills.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, Access, Word, MS Project & PowerPoint applications.
Good previous experience working in a fast paced business office and commercial environment is essential.
Previous experience with Salesforce preferred.
Strong previous sales support, sales coordination or sales administration experience is essential.
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel spread sheets, v-lookups, pivot tables are important.
