Role & Responsibilities
1 To ensure Quality products delivering to customers
2 To study & monitor the Inspection reports. Advice correction and take remedial actions when ever required.
3 Checking the timely calibration of all equipment.
4 Communicate with customers regarding technical query and complaints.
5 Inform management on Quality issues.
6 Responsible for quality inspections at all stages.
7 Ensure that the processes needed for the Quality Management Systems are established, implemented & maintained in coordination with MR
8 To initiate CAPA in case of customer complaints / non-conformities related to product quality.
9 Responsible to follow quality management & company procedures
10 Graduation or Plastic diploma
11 minimum 2 years experience as QC inspector in Plastic industry
12 Ability to identify the raw material, Handing customers complaint, improve the quality standard up to ISO 9000. Good co-ordination skill with Co-staff and pro-manager. Knowledge of computer.
