A prestigious company is urgently needed Customer Executive with below qualifications:
Customer Management Attend to all client's enquiries and requests.
Database Management Keep records and file of all important documents, such as AMCs, Unit Owner details, Invoices & Receipts, Cheque Copies, report and other documents.
Administration & Accounting Provide general administration and Secretarial functions, including but not limited to database creation, standard forms, letters, and spreadsheets.
Assist in general administrative tasks such as answering phones, faxing, copying, filing, organizing, mailing, and expediting information as needed by each manager.
Specialization in handling back office operations & correspondence.
Review, organize and distribute incoming & outgoing correspondence.
Work within company policy as outlined in the Company Employee Handbook and in Human Resources Policy.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed.
Most preferred Female - Arabic Speaking
with maximum 1 to 3 years UAE experience
