Uninest Student Residences, a brand within the GSA Group are seeking a friendly, professional customer support and service assistant (CSSA) to support the day-to-day management of our first Student Residence in Dubailand. The CSSA will deliver excellent customer service and sales support through adherence to Uninest operating procedures.

Key Areas of focus for this role include:
Customer service
Sales support
Administration
Property management support
Ensuring the safety and welfare of students

Personal Attributes:
Honest and trustworthy

Possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Essential
Strong English oral and written skills
Previous experience of working in a sales environment
Knowledge of social media platforms e.g facebook, instragram and twitter
Experience of working in a customer service environment
Proficient in the use of Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint
Desirable
Hospitality Experience
Arabic/Urdu/Hindi language
Clean Driving licence
First Aid qualifications
