Liaison with DEWA/Empower/Palm Utilities and other service providers.
Liaise with developers and home owners association for service charge invoice.
Liaise with maintenance subcontractors for issues related to maintenance.
Liaise with tenants for routine inspections
Conduct Move in and Move out
Liaise with client/ landlords for maintenance approvals and security deposit clearances.
Arrange for photographs of the apartment and do the listings
Liaise with internal and external agents to lease out the apartment.
Proper filing of reports.
Keep Proper track of keys and access cards.
Liaise with Owners association and/or building mangers for keys and access cards.
Arrange for inspection of key holding apartments and submit the reports to client / landlords.
Experience and knowledge
2 years of experience in property management ,snagging and inspections
Facilities management experience will be an added advantage
Degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Real estate or similar are very helpful.
A good understanding of UAE Laws and Regulations
Customer Service and client servicing skills
Attention to detail
Communication Skills effectively (orally and written)
Time management skills
Excellent working knowledge of M.S Word , Excel , Power Point and Outlook and Property management software (Master key etc.
Demonstrate sound work ethics
Be self-starting, energetic and organized
Preferably male candidate
Must have valid UAE driving license with own car.
