Duties and Responsibilities:
Lease and Sell property
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
Maintain regular contact with Developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
Attend property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
Provide excellent customer service
Achieve sales targets set by the company
Able to convince clients to buy and sell properties at the right price, and use persuasion to close deals.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
Excellent English and communication skills.
Previous sales experience preferred but not essential.
Highly motivated and goal oriented.
A passion to succeed.
Ability to communicate in other languages will be an additional bonus.
