Managing and coordinating property operations, maintenance and administrative functions.
Routinely inspect properties to ensure that they are maintained to highest standards.
In charge of receiving complaints from tenants and resolving it together with facility management team.
Interacts with local government to ensure compliance to all ordinances and regulations.
Maintaining good relation with prospective customers including attending meetings, presentations, follow up & assisting in site visits.
Writes maintenance orders and follows up on performance.
Acting as a point of contact for potential & existing customers; logging & recording details of all potential & existing customers; monitoring & supporting property management activities.
At the time of moving responsible to check on move out, inspecting the unit, checking for damages and determines security deposits refund to tenant. Responsible for cleaning and repairs if needed for the unit upon moved out.
