Should have strong understanding of the UAE Market
Must have minimum of 6 months experience in the Dubai Real-estate Market
Strong networking skills
UAE Driving license
Preferable RERA Certified
Excellent knowledge of property, sales and leasing brokerage.
Discuss conditions of sale with prospective clients
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers needs and financial resources
Investigate clients financial and credit status in order to determine eligibility for financing
Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
Educate customers and match property options with buyers needs.
Review and respond promptly to all sales queries.
Be proactive in soliciting potential buyers.
Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
