Provides Assistance to inquiries of staff and non-staff employees includes receiving people coming into the office filing the correspondence, provides connections by phone, email, fax and dhl, types all the office correspondences.
Monitor daily attendance sheet & updating to HR/Admin
Handling all incoming, outgoing documents that are officially transmitted dispatched to field this includes letters, faxes, printing, photocopying, filing and scanning memorandums, conference notes, transmittal forms;
Registering incoming, outgoing correspondence in appropriate register and stamping on it to fix the date of arrival and the number of registrations automatically, Updates the contact list addresses, phone numbers, email, faxes and send it to all the concerns, provides personnel man hours management;
Prepares stationary & material requisition
Compiling and coordinating the compilation of data and preparing in the form of reports, analysis, tabulations, etc. Distributes data as instructed.
Keeping records for official mobiles, land phones and its usage.
Preparing the sales report and responsible to send the report daily, weekly and monthly.
Preparing petrol card request & checking the complete petrol & diesel bills
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills useful at establishing good working relationship with colleagues
Timely response on all activities & rapid response all concerns.
