Sales Consultant job role:
The Sales Consultant will be working closely with the line manager on a daily basis, setting up meetings with prospective clients with the aim to win business. Located within the Dubai office, the Sales Consultant will be required to learn various projects (existing or pipeline) to highlight key investment benefits for the client. They will need to adopt a proactive approach with advising clients on acquisition, hold and disposal strategies. They will also be expected to grow their own client profile by networking.
Managing long term relationships with clients and gaining repeat business is an integral characteristic of a successful Sales Consultant.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Brokering London off plan properties
Advising and guiding purchasers through the process
Actively promote and offer new UK property developments
Networking with potential clients
Negotiating offers under the direction of the line manager
Sales progressing; keeping all parties well informed
Client relationship management
Engage in calls with prospective clients regarding their investment needs, and participate in client or off site meetings as and when required
Dealing with client enquiries
Knowledge of the sales cycle including establishing clients need, qualifying, overcoming objections and closing.
Keeping records of all activity (RPS)
We can provide full purchase back including mortgage finance and administration support.
Sales experience in real estate or financial products.
Ability to work well as part of a team
Ability to work well under pressure & to multi-task effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good communication skills in English
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong interest in the property market
Desire and flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Natural sales ability
Good work ethic punctual and reliable
Skills (ideal but not essential)
Experience in and enthusiasm for customer service
Proven ability to sell, with interest in pursuing a career in sales
Wealth Management professionals are welcome
Experience managing overseas client portfolio is of distinct advantage.
