Youll need to:
Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
Set budgets or agree them with senior management.
Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff.
Respond to customer queries and complaints.
Meet and greet customers, organize table reservations.
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash, work with POS Terminal machine.
10 hours per day including 1 hour break.
In a position of Assistant Manager, the working hours might vary depending on the business requirements, which needs flexbility to ensure proper and smooth operation.
Located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, the restaurant can accommodate up to 198 covers (Indoor & outdoor area)

Fluency in English, French language is required, and Arabic is an asset.
At least 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager.
Excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and customers.
