TASKS AND CHALLENGES
Country Operations Manager will be responsible for:
to oversee the day to day business operations and develops strategies to meet profit goals within the region as well as to provide the strategic and operational planning input for the operations.
to adhere to and implement company policies and procedures based on corporate operating standards of operations to fulfill the set goal and objectives of the brand.
prepare together with relevant corporate member the annual Business and Marketing plan including profit budgets as per the guideline.
work in close collaboration with Corporate Marketing when and where possible in branding, promotions, collateral, social media advertising, off line advertising and on line advertising.

To get this job you need to have:
experience in international restaurant chain;
minimum 3 years experience as Operations Manager;
diploma in Hospitality.
Preference will be given to candidates who;
has diploma in Hospitality.
