Preparing daily and weekly reports.
Ensure effective communication by attending meetings as required and holding staff meetings on a daily / weekly basis to impart information.
Doing monthly inventory counts.
Managing staff and providing them with feedback.
Training and motivating staff encourage them to achieve targets (sales & mystery shopper, etc.)
Ensure that proper hygiene and grooming are met.
Ensure that SOPs are followed and maintained.
Organizing and supervising the staff shifts.
To ensure fair and equitable discipline, yet complying with company regulations.
To ensure that faults and defects are reported to General Manager.
To ensure that the operating equipment is used properly and not abused.
Handle guest complaints and reply to their feedback whether written or oral.
Ensure that a high level of guest service is maintained at all times.
To ensure regular stocktaking of all operating equipment.
Ordering and receiving supplies.
Ensuring restaurant is ready for each and every business day.
Ensure that operation is running smoothly with no problem.
Assisting General Manager.
Ensure operational check-list has been done.
Salary: 3000 - 4000 AED (Full Package)
