Develop the HEB Division as a team that possesses the necessary behavioural and technical competence to be an effective support to the attainment of the corporate vision.
Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the Boutiques of High End Brand Division.
Prepares budget of the boutiques
Develop sales policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent application and ease of sales operations.
Provide business leadership and direction as well as manage resources to their full potential.
Prepare sales forecast by major product and/or service lines
Develop, optimize and maintain key performance indicators to ensure business growth.
Lead sales team to achieve revenue and product mix targets by building a high performance multi-disciplinary team.
Manage the sales operations in various boutiques to fulfil the business objectives
Ensure all sales activity, planning and execution is at the highest levels
Ensure that sales objectives set by the management are achieved
Provide market place feedback
Develop an account management processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness are optimized.
Contribute to pricing strategy for stocks on offer
Ensure that as part of the sales team you operate and promote a culture of best practice in all you do.
Fully understand the regional market, the customers/ partners you are assigned and ensure we offer the best proposition in the market place under the direction and consultation with the sales director.
Recruit, select and develop team members to their full potential
Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to management on sales achievements and future plans.
Ensure the safety in the working area.
Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
