Scope of work

To attend to all telephone calls with greeting of the day and addressing Hyatt Plaza.

To build an excellent rapport with visitors, customers and address all their grievances and try to sort out amicably.

To collect and acquire full information and details of the mall tenants, activities, sales, promotions, etc. in the mall to provide the visiting customers or callers.

To attend to the customers complaints, feedback, suggestions, and any other enquiries or redirect their requirements to concerned authorities.

To record all the comments from customers and submit to superiors for adequate action.

Positive attitude and professional manner in all interactions;
