Our client is a leader in the Fashion retail sector in the Middle East looking to bring an Arabic-speaking Training Manager on board. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing and running training programmes in a fashion retail organization. The job holder will be accountable for training needs assessment, as well as design and delivery of the training calendar plan within the Levant Territories.
Responsibilities will include providing inputs to the Development team to help design training content for category requirements, whilst ensuring effective and high quality delivery of training to employees.
The formulation of monthly training calendars for the territory in consultation with the concept team and circulate the calendar in the territory in a timely manner is also necessary, alongside assisting the concept learning & development team, coordinating with pre-selected vendors/ service providers to ensure timely provision of training infrastructure and development of content and training delivery.
You will also be expected to monitor the provision of high quality training to all employees on the basis of identified training needs whilst collecting employee feedback at the end of every training session and providing the collated report to the concept learning & development team.
