Overall Management of the Stores. Monitor Quality, Quantity, Accuracy and Timely Ordering of items. Motivate, train and lead employees to achieve desired goal. Maintain and organized the structural flow of business. Assist finance department with timely and accurate data from store. Accurately estimate the needs of each store location and work with the store's management to solve conflicts, make sure that scheduling needs are met and assist in improving employee performance and retention.
Atleast 6 years experience as Retail operation Manager.
Minimum degree - P G / professional qualification /MBA is an added advantage
