listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;

cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
gathering market and customer information;
negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
liaising with clients to check the progress of existing orders;
recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;

Developing Sales Targets and strategies with the help of sales team
Reporting to the General Manager with all the progress, keep updated on the market condition and completion of sales target as required by the organization.
Make follow up monthly calls until relationship is established.
Give accurate advice to potential and current customers regarding the items available, offering a range of moving solutions appropriate to the clients.
Generate new leads.
Attend shows for Party Centre.
Follow up on sales-not just reacting to calls.
Market feedback on competition to the Management.
Communicate with Management Market Conditions, demands, competition specific product/license demand/performance.
Support LSA and Kuwait Sales Executives.
Support Sales Managers in Sales Activities (Commercial).
Coordinate with Supply Chain for Shipment.
Interact and Merchandise and deliver to Mass Accounts
Host trade account clients in the Showroom.
Send new products and seasonal product info/offer to trade accounts.
Other Duties as Assigned
Requires flexibility and understanding that all staff may be required to perform duties outside their normal area of expertise to meet the mission and goals of the Organization.
Performs other duties as required by the Organization from time to time.
