we are looking for a responsible, bright, approachable person to join our team as a receptionist / office administrator for our Sharjah office.
You must have the professionalism and personality to make an excellent first impression on our visitors and guests. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with a minimum of 1 years previous experience in a reception, or customer service based role..
You will have the ability to multitask and to answer client calls proactively and calmly. You will be required to undertake general administration duties including, but not limited, to managing client files and online CRM, travel arrangement, answering emails and data input. Accuracy and a high attention to detail are therefore essential.
