Duty Hours : 9.30 a.m. - 6.30 a.m. (May extend sometimes).
Saturday - Thursday (6 days a Week).
Visa Status : Husband / Sponsor Visa / Visit Visa.
Work Visa will be provided later on, depending on performance.
Job Location : Opp. Spinneys, Karama.
Joining date : Within 15 Days (July 15th or July 25th Max).
Experience : 1 - 2 Years (U.A.E. preferable).
Driving License : Will be an added advantage (not a requirement)
Salary : Will be discussed during the Interview.
Skills : Fluent in English (Written & Verbal).
Excellent in MS Office Applications (Office, Excel & PP).
Excellent in drafting Emails & Follow-up.
Duties include, but not limited to :
Front Desk Receptionist : Answer Calls in a professional way,
Administration : Replying to and drafting Emails, Follow-Up on
Creating quotations, reports, drafting Letters.
Research on line of business.
Online Marketing of products.
Filing & Documentation.
