Learn about hazardous materials handling & packaging & transport regulations.
Propose and implement continuous improvement HSE and Q initiatives in his/her department.
Help set annual budget for sales and marketing of AdCats& HPC business segment
Sell HPC services and ADCATs to refineries, petrochemical, gas processing and Fertilizer plants in his/her territory.
Give light technical presentations on products and catalyst services.
Explain techno-commercial offers of both services and products and visit customers jointly with distributors/agents
Follow-up with customer jointly with distributors/agents for commercial negotiation in order to close the deal or to decline the business.
Forward technical enquiries to the Technical Service manager when needed
Manage relationship with distributor network in this region.
Evaluate performance of distributors on periodic basis and ensure they meet our performance expectations. If not, look for suitable replacements.
