A candidate with around 3-4 years of experience preferably with a financial services company like consulting/ investment banking, KPO/ research, internal audit, research, etc. A mix of project execution and front end business development experience is desirable.
MBA (Marketing/ Finance)/ Post-graduate (preferably Commerce).
Bachelors degree in Commerce/ Finance with suitable experience can be considered for Business Development Executive position.
Participate proactively and collaboratively in all business development activities to support the Business Head/ Country Representative in developing a strong order book and achieving revenue targets.
Identify and screen for prospective clients using databases and other sources. Liaise with business development executive in India supporting this activity.
Initiate dialogue and visit the prospective clients to introduce the firm and to generate interest for various service offerings. Organize subsequent meetings between prioritized clients and senior officials at PKC to take leads further.
Liaise with execution team in India for preparation and submission of credentials, proposals, etc.
Participate or co-ordinate project execution depending upon skills sets and on-ground requirements.
Periodic follow-up and manage client relationships.
Update the databases and prepare reports as per defined frequencies.
