1. Performs administrative and office support activities for general manager. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors.
2. Extensive software skills are required, as well as internet research abilities and strong communication skills.
3. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
4. Prepares local purchase order
5. Prepares quotations to the customers
6. Follow-up shipments international
7. Answer calls from customers regarding their inquires
8. Direct report to General Manager
