You are to manage the Sales activities in the complete Middle East region. You are responsible to create and implement effective Sales strategies to achieve efficiency, productivity, quality and profitability.

- Forecast personal sales targets, and manage all activities within the provided budget.

- Generate bi-weekly sales reports on all market activities.

- Manage and develop business in all related markets, including; Shipyards, off-shore rig builders/owners, EPC players and consultants.

- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments with decision-makers and decision-influencers within a prospective client company.

- Build, customize and deliver sales presentations, maintain and manage client and prospect data in our sales database.

- Pro-actively seek new opportunities to win new markets and to fully understand customers' businesses and requirements.

- Work together with the Technical Team in headquarter to prepare technical and commercial quotations.

- Submit quotations to customer, follow up and actively involved in the complete clarification phase until obtaining the order.

- Be actively involved in answering technical queries from customers pertaining to the projects; trouble-shooting in matters of documentation, delivery and service levels.

- Work with the Manager in negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications; advising on forthcoming project developments.

- Report to the Manager on his/her sales activities; review sales performances in the relevant assigned markets.

- Assist the Manager in gathering competitors business information (intelligence) and relevant market research/analysis.

- Collaborate with the Marketing team to organize and staff road shows/ exhibitions and marketing activities.

Candidate Profile Description - Possess a degree in Telecommunications/Electronics or Computer Engineering or any related discipline.

- Minimum 2 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry/EPCs/Marine/Offshore in Middle East.

- Good experience working in a Sales or Technical position.

- Possess good written and verbal skills.

- Possess a high level of personal responsibility and self-motivation; with a can do attitude.

- Demonstrates ownership and work independently

- Able to travel frequently to open markets and visit potential clients.

- Good analytical/problem solving skills/abilities.

- Continues learning and acquiring of technical knowledge

- A self-starter with ability to multi-task and handle work pressure well.
