Defining, implementing and managing the project/program management methodology that will be used to successfully deliver the initiatives.
Identifying and tracking project/program issues and driving their resolution.
Develop Business Requirements for assigned projects. Then, work with the development team and other technology partners to ensure that they understand the specifications.
Participate in testing & certification. Further, ensure testing & certification standards are followed and managed.
Recognizing project issues and risks thereby engaging proper resources to determine a mitigation plan or strategy in order to move the project forward.
Review/produce specifications for any new/change to technology applications.
5+ years work experience in telecom (branch management, dealership management, customer care department)
Strong knowledge of Retail IT systems and retail telecom products and services
Strong understanding of business relationships, business requirements, IT requirements, technical solutions, test strategy & approach plans and test plans for telecoms and retail
Good understanding of self-service kiosks, payment terminals and other similar devices
Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
Self-Starter & Motivated
Prior experience working in a pressured (dynamic, fast-paced) environment
Strong analytical skills, leadership skills, communication skills, writing skills, to include solid experience in writing business requirements
Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
