Our client is one of the largest corporations in the GCC. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, It serves 11.6 million residential customers and over 300,000 large, medium and small enterprise and government customers in the UAE.

Urgently looking for "Manager / Value Added Services (VAS)".

Work Base: Dubai (UAE)
Nationality: UAE & Arabic National would be considered (only).

Candidate must have the following experience such as;

1. Instills customer focus among staff in order to ensure that customer complaints are dealt with courteously & according to established standards & practices.
2. Implements Company policies & procedures in relation to VAS to ensure that work operations are carried out according to established guidelines & instructions.
3. Managing overall responsibility of Value Added Services and its implementation in accordance with Service agreements & clients requirements.
4. Communicate with various clients for their feedbacks on service levels, and take part in various sessions of discussions regarding the clients‚ new requirements and enhancements.
5. Giving training and presentations to the Candidates of new/existing clients inside/outside country.
6. Provides professional direction to subordinates evaluates their performance & carries out necessary counseling to ensure
acceptable level of performance.
