Responsible for Sales targets, operational goals and customer delight across company retail functions
Develop and deploy sales planning , execution process to exceed targets of all sellable inventory which includes postpaid connections, data, handsets(independent and bundled) and value Added Services.
Maintaining good relation with customers & solving customer escalations
Reducing turnaround time & enhanced first call resolution process
Organizing special promotions, displays and events
Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate sales planning
Capable to do negotiations regarding variations in prices & customer specifications
Approach strategically by cold calls, networking and referrals manage territory/clients using technology , prioritization and management skills
Captive and review any competitive intelligence gathered and proactively communicates
Conduct market research at shopping malls, metros, companies to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Managing respective tablet for activations & kiosk as assigned in particular zones.
Updating DSR (Daily sales report) on daily basis
Documentation fulfilling according to the norms of client, organizing with sale activation
Follow ups , Negotiations to close deals
Assist and operate retail kiosk in the daily operations
Resolve customer escalations
Verify accuracy of daily service first call resolutions.
Align specific action plans for performance improvement of bottom quartile stores to meet national standards work towards increasing the footfall
