- Order intake, check if the items are in stock if not order them collectively.
- Call customers daily for requirements and provide quotes in a timely fashion.
- Deal with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
- Attend weekly meetings and contribute to team activities
- Provide the customer with product knowledge, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force
- Work closely with the sales Engineers to achieve sales objectives
- Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.
- Update office bills when necessary
- Must have a technical aptitude
