A busy venture capital company requires an excellent receptionist/PA. Working hours are Sunday-Thursday 9am - 6pm, however an earlier start may occasionally be required.
Duties will include:
Managing busy diary schedules and arranging meetings for Partners
Arranging all business and personal travel and hotel requirements including worldwide visa applications
Monitoring and ordering office supplies
Liaising with building management for any maintenance requirements
Answering telephone calls and managing conference calls
Greeting guests to the office and preparing/tidying meeting rooms
General office administration including maintaining and updating office files
Other office related tasks as required
Previous PA,/receptionist experience required. Visa processing, travel management experience and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications highly desirable.
Health insurance and 22 business days vacation plus public holidays provided.
AED5,000 - 6,000 per month including all allowances.
