Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the kitchenware manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of the KSA market and sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proactive attitude towards sales strategy and product improvement.
Willingness to travel and visit points of sale regularly.
Role and Responsibilities:
Execute the commercial strategy for KSA market.
Visit the point of sales on regular basis following the agreed schedule.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling, networking, social media, and available tools in the local market.
Negotiate contracts and packages with Sales Manager and present to clients.
Evaluate and propose to division Sales Manager an increase in the product line.
Assist on the contact with public organs to present the brand and get new agreements.
Ensure displayed items in the stores are properly organized, priced, clean, and sellable according to the company's marketing strategy.
Report daily the Sales Manager regarding visits, challenges, and achieved results.
Keep the manager informed of competitors' promotions being conducted in the stores, providing competitive market feedback.
Identify new opportunities for the brand in retailers where the company is not yet present.
Have a proactive attitude towards proposing improvements in sales strategy, product lines, promotions, and other tasks that can enhance sales figures.
Support the Sales Manager in sales activities as needed.
Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking, social media, and available tools in the local market.
Set up and conduct face-to-face or Zoom meetings with potential clients, listening to their wishes and concerns.
Coordinate sales efforts with the Division Sales Manager and other departments (such as marketing and ecommerce)
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Follow up on payments and collections.
Understand the sales and marketing processes in the KSA.
Conduct clear and effective negotiations with clients.
Search out business leads and trending products.
Visit points of sale on a regular basis, following the agreed schedule with the Sales Manager.
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings when required.

The Sales Executive will drive sales and revenue growth across Saudi Arabia by strategically managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
