About noon Food
Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.
What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
Manage and execute the outlined social media strategy across our social media channels
Own how we grown noon community and the social media channels
Manage social media campaigns and day?to?day activities. Duties include online advocacy, provision of regular content and promotions; combined with community?outreach efforts.
Monitor community engagement and engage with customers, and influencer content across all platforms.
Write and edit copy across social, ensuring brand’s tone of voice is maintained
Collaborate with social team to build social trend reports, focusing on industry and social trends, tech updates, key competitors and visual references for social content
Responsible for collating weekly, monthly and campaign social reports
Execute social media publishing and content ideas, ensuring that all posts are accurate and punctual with optimization at the forefront to drive business value
Work closely with the brand communications team to ensure the coordination of communications on main noon social channels as needed
Measure the impact of social media campaigns through the analysis, review and reporting of campaign effectiveness in an effort to maximise results.
Communicate insights gained from social media monitoring
Working with the team, develop and execute ideas for exciting still image and video shoots across a range of business areas.
Work with the wider content team to manage the content calendar.
Ensure competitor research and customer insight are at the heart of all our output.
Adhere to rules and regulations, safeguard the noon brand
What you'll need:
Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or a similar field
1-2 years experience in a similar role
Proven track record in the creation/management of Social Media campaigns
Strong project management or organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring that deadlines on each are met
In?depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in both written and verbal formats, and build and maintain relationships
Experience with social media listening, monitoring and metrics systems (Google Analytics Professional certification, Hootsuite certification a plus)
Experience working with data in MS Excel
Excellent knowledge of regional (Middle East) and global trends
Fluent in English, with a great understanding of Arabic culture
