What you'll do:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will provide valuable support to the People team in talent acquisition.
Source and interview potential candidates, providing a good candidate experience.
Collaborate with the People team to manage internal recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring practices
Build market maps and identify potential talent both passive and active.
Manage end-to-end internships and junior-level recruitment.
Support on any special projects as required within the People team
Coordinate and track the progress of people's movements (transfers, promotions etc) & HR data changes
Supports the People Manager on key people initiatives and projects
What you'll need:
GCC Nationals or UAE residency holders with a minimum of 3-6 months validity from the start date of the internship (only student residency, family sponsorship or golden visa holders are eligible, work/company sponsorship will not be considered) - this is a must
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Customer and candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasks
