Job Summary.
Greeting clients and visitors to our office, giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, and handling a variety of administrative support tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet clients and visitors with a positive.
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, and making travel plans.
Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Provide excellent customer service.
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor system.
Issuing purchase requisition
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Computer Skills – Excellent Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent English Language Skills (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Will demonstrate a positive attitude.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:
Diploma in IT, Administrator, Accountant
1 year of experience.
