The Manager Product Marketing will play a crucial role in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for our products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Commercial, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of our products across the region. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for product marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of launching and driving product success.
What’s On Your Plate?
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. Collaborate with product managers to understand product vision and objectives.
Growth Marketing: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase engagement and retention. Work closely to drive user and revenue growth while effectively managing and ultimately reducing budgets.
Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Marketing Campaigns: Support local marketing teams with planning integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and engagement.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives. Use data to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Commercial, Brand, and other teams to align product marketing efforts with overall business goals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech or e-commerce industry.
Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Previous experience in launching and/or growing subscription services using impactful marketing campaigns, will be a good to have.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
