In this role you will be a key member of the Talent team, supporting and managing a range of areas:
Connecting with Portfolio leads to align on business need to hire contractors
Souring and attracting candidates suitable to the business
Coordinating interviews and filtering contractor candidates
Prepare, manage, and negotiate offers to candidates joining the business
Assist in handling the exit process and ensure formalities are in place
Ensuring proper visa is in place and compliant with labor law
Prepare contracts to share with selected candidates
Uploading intake forms in ServiceNow
Handling the Onboarding experience for new joiners
Handling Candidate Acceptance email
Ensuring compliance in the onboarding process
Following up with project manager on contractor’s exit date
Renew/extend contract as/if needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in sourcing and attracting candidates for contractor roles
At least 6 years’ experience in professional services or large organization
Familiarity with onboarding processes and ensuring compliance throughout the onboarding experience
Proficiency in using ServiceNow or similar systems for uploading forms
Excellent communication skills for handling candidate acceptance emails and coordinating with project managers
Demonstrated ability to manage contractor renewals/extensions and handle the exit process with attention to formalities and compliance
Proficiency in Office Systems skills with good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
