The Presentation Specialist will be responsible for designing and creating compelling, high-quality PowerPoint presentations based on provided briefs. The ideal candidate will have strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex information into visually engaging presentations that align with the company’s branding and communication standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Presentation Design: Develop clear, engaging, and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations based on briefs from internal stakeholders.
• Content Visualization: Transform complex concepts and data into easy-to-understand visuals, charts, and infographics.
• Brand Adherence: Ensure presentations follow the company’s branding guidelines, including logos, fonts, and color schemes.
• Content Structuring: Organize information logically and ensure seamless flow of content throughout the presentation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and ensure the presentation meets the intended objectives.
• Quality Control: Review presentations for consistency, grammar, and accuracy before submission.
• Design Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends and PowerPoint features to ensure cutting-edge presentation designs.
• Time Management: Handle multiple projects and deliver presentations within tight deadlines.
Requirements:
• Great communication skills with a fluent level of English.
• An expert in creating and delivering presentations.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience: presentation design, delivering presentations, stakeholder management, content visualization and deliverance, data analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel.
